Holiday markets are an awesome space, where artisans can bring their one-of-a-kind, handmade crafts of all kinds. It’s a great chance to support local businesses and find something entirely unique.
The Winter Markets at Viking Lakes are happening every weekend from November 26-December 18, from 10am-6pm. In addition to countless local vendors, each weekend has live music and a chance for little ones to meet Santa! For families in or near Egan, this can be a fun weekend adventure!
The European Christmas Market at Union Depot has been a staple for years, and they’re back again for more holiday magic! The market is open weekends from November 25-December 18. The hours are 4pm-9pm on Fridays, 10am-8pm on Saturdays, and Sundays 11am-6pm. There are crafts for kids, foods and drinks for the grownups, and a wide variety of European music and dance entertainment for everyone! Admission is free, but there’s an option to purchase a VIP option online.
The Minneapolis Craft Market at Holidazzle is another staple of Twin Cities holiday fun! Like other markets, this one runs from November 25-December 18. The market is open Fridays from 5pm – 9pm. Saturdays from 12 pm – 9 pm, and Sundays from 12 pm– 6 pm. There are firetrucks to see, rides to ride, and Santa to visit! There’s roller skating and acapella singing on Fridays, fireworks and adoptable animals on Saturdays, and the firetrucks are featured on Sundays, along with “Snowga”! There’s something for everyone at Holidazzle.
